Warwick was called to the bar in 1981.

Warwick Reynolds has had extensive experience in all jurisdictions from the Local Court to the High Court and he continues to practice in those jurisdictions.

Warwick appeared in the High Court in a number of leading common law cases including Brodie/Ghantous v Singleton Shire Council (2001) 206 CLR 512 on misfeasance/nonfeasance, Hollis v Vabu Pty Ltd (2001) 207 CLR 21 on vicarious liability and Leighton Contractors Pty Limited v Fox (2009) 240 CLR 1 liability of principle and sub-contractor.

Warwick regularly appears in the District and Supreme Court and frequently in the Court of Appeal. He often appears in country circuits as well as in the ACT.

Doyle’s Guide 2023 lists Warwick as one of the states Leading Professional Indemnity Junior Counsel in NSW category and Leading Insurance & Personal Injury Law Junior Counsel in NSW category.
