David Talintyre

With over 25 years’ experience at the Bar, David Talintyre is briefed in a wide range of commercial, construction, engineering, mining, insurance, equity and personal injury disputes.

David has a particular interest in Alternate Dispute Resolution and also practices as an accredited Mediator and qualified Commercial Arbitrator.

David’s other professional activities include presenting CLE seminars; writing case notes for professional journals; attending professional conferences and forums; training expert witnesses; assisting at the College of Law; coaching mock trial student teams; and mentoring junior lawyers.
