Christine was called to the bar in 2005.

Christine Allan has over 30 years experience in the area of common law and insurance litigation.

After acting for insurers and various self-insured corporate clients as a solicitor in a number of large and medium sized law firms, Christine was eventually called to the bar in 2005.  Since then her practice has remained primarily insurer focused in the areas of motor accident, work injury damages, general and professional liability.  Christine also advises and appears in relation to the judicial review of administrative decisions of the Personal Injury Commission of NSW.

Christine regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court and Supreme Court of NSW and has also appeared in the Court of Appeal and High Court. In addition to her NSW practice Christine also appears in the ACT.

Doyle’s Guide 2023 lists Christine as one of the states Recommended Professional Indemnity Junior Counsel category.
